On 26th of December 2024, Mingdao High School, Taichung, Taiwan, and WILL signed an MOU and MOA related to the SMILE project with the presence of Section Chief, Division of Senior and Vocational Education of the Taichung City Government Education Bureau. The endeavor of T-WIT (Taiwan-Workshop Initiatives for Teachers) was discussed after the signing ceremony.
